Hi, my name is David Domingo. Just call me David.

I am 35 years old and I have Asperger's. It gives me the ability to put my hyperfocus on complex things and to sink into those systems for hours.

I program with passion and a lot of heart. What I like building most are complex systems. I think across and against the grain, then off in a completely different direction, and then I question and rethink all of it again. What matters to me is always keeping it as simple as possible. Especially with complex things. Many people think complex when they build complex systems, they lose their way, and they make the code unauditable. That is exactly what I do not want.

On top of that, many people will ask whether I wrote the cryptography myself. No, I did not! There are absolute experts in every field who have done nothing else their whole lives, to build the best their knowledge and experience allows. Why would I imagine I am better right there, and turn down something already built and formally proven at its core? Right, just because of my ego? No, my ego is too small for that, and I find it very hard to follow that kind of logic. So I chose cryptography that is already mathematically proven at its core.

I have worked with computers since I was 12. I started with Windows, later Linux and macOS. I sit at my machine from morning to night. Not out of duty, but out of passion. Every day it drives me to pick up where I left off yesterday. To rethink everything again, to go through it, and to work through every last corner.

I work on BlindLock and nothing else. With absolute passion and dedication. This is not a hobby project that came together in a month. Brainpower, knowledge, experience, nerves and time went into it. It was and still is a big task to carry. I am well aware of that. That is why I thank every single person for the trust they have given me. What matters to me is giving something back every day through my work, in return for that trust. Absolute dedication and motivation, that is what I can guarantee you. For you, for me, for everyone. This is the first software I am publishing. All of my know-how, my energy and above all my time goes into it. About a year of development is in there. I am proud to have reached the point where I can offer my software to others in good conscience.

Well, since I am a perfectionist and I build first and foremost for myself, I was never at the point where I thought about making those projects available to anyone else.
